Tanner and Logan
August 8th, our nephews Tanner and Logan got to come hang out for a few hours! The kids always have such a great time together. I tried to wear all 4 of them out but, I think they won! They played at McDonalds for 2 1/2 hours!

First Day of School!
Ethan started 2nd grade on Wednesday, August 17th! We can't believe he is in 2nd grade and going to be 7 next month! He really like's his teacher Mr. Kirk and sits front and center in the classroom.
Jadyn started pre-school Thursday, August 18th. She was so excited to go but, when she woke up that morning all she could say was "I don't wanna go to school!" She finally warmed up while Erik and I were waiting to take her in but, then got really shy and scared when she saw all the people. She ended up doing great and loves going.

Fighting Cocks Win Again!

After a rough first half of the season they picked it up and had several close wins in the second half. They made the playoffs after finishing 2nd in the regular season. They won in the first round of playoffs 4-3 in double over-time and in a shoot out! The final round went all 3 games but, they pulled it out in game 3 6-3 to win the championship! We didn't see a game all season but, the kids and I made it to the last period of the final game to see them win!

Ethan finally learned to ride his bike with no training wheels!!

If we don't seem excited it's because he actually did it the night before in his spiderman trunks and no shirt but, it was too dark to video. :(
