December 19'

Henry Mayo Holiday Home Tour
Saturday, December 7th Grama Honey, Grama Jean, Jadyn and I had breakfast at Mama's Table before visiting the 3 Sand Canyon homes on the tour this year.

10,000 sq ft house! It was Jadyn's favorite because it has a Shetland pony!

Christmas with KB
We entered the "decorate a kitchen" contest for all the KB Home Studio's. Rachel and Lynn did a great job and most of the work! :)
The amazing Valencia Studio Team: Torey, Rachel, Lynn and Daniel

Wednesday, December 11th a group of KB and former KB girls got together for a little Christmas Party at Lazy Dog Cafe. I'm so upset I didn't get a picture but it was great to catch up with everyone (Yvette, Jennifer, Karen, Rachel, Jessica, Kamili and Courtney)!
Monday, December 16th the KB staff ate ourselves into a food comma during the annual potluck. There's always enough food to feed a small country! ;)
If that wasn't enough we had a studio staff lunch at The Smokehouse on Main Wednesday the 18th.

Nutcracker
Saturday, December 14th Jadyn, Marissa, Maria and I saw the Studio 84 Nutcracker at CSUN's Plaza del Sol Theater. Grace (a friend from school) had the lead role of Clara.

Christmas Lights
Not like when they were little but we still do our annual Christmas Light Night. PJ's, hot chocolate and Christmas music...
One of our favorites on Angelica Place
 Wakefield Court is always great!
 Paragon Drive
 Cotton Blossom Lane is amazing!

Honey and Bubba's House :)

Jegel Christmas Party
Saturday, December 21st was the Jegel White Elephant Christmas Party! We brought lots of deviled eggs and our appetites! We also introduced another Jegel Family cut-out, Mrs. Jean Claus!
Hey Ethan, save me a bite of that cookie!

Wendy, Amy and Torey. So good to catch up!

Christmas Eve
We hosted Christmas Eve again this year for the Jegel side of the family. Erik smoked ribs, we watched Christmas Vacation (probably should have waited a few more years, oops!) and had donuts at Yum Yum before the 11pm service at First Christian Church of North Hollywood.
Hard to pick when she takes so many good ones!

Christmas Day
After our morning at home and a walk we had Christmas brunch at Grama Jean and Papa's with Brian and the girls before heading to Honey and Bubba's for Christmas #3!
 Before and after...

Yikes! The kids get sooooo much stuff!
DINNER!

Happy 12th Birthday Jadyn!
5' 1 1/2" (almost 4 inches in 1 year!) and 82 lbs
Whoever said December birthday's get overshadowed by Christmas wasn't talking about Jadyn!
Party #1 was at Honey and Bubba's on December 18th. Mac n Cheese, lots of big, soft, squishy gifts and a drive to see the Christmas Lights on Cotton Blossom Lane.

Party #2 at Grama Jean and Papa's on December 23rd. Dinner (spaghetti, potato salad and cookie cake) and Star Wars!

Party #3 at home on her actual birthday, December 27th. She requested chicken tortilla and chocolate mint ice cream. We let her open her birthday gift on Christmas day with the family. She got a stuffed hamster in a ball with a note letting her know she got to pick out a real one!
She adopted her Syrian hamster from PetSmart Friday, 26th, Waffles Burnt Bagel.
The moment she realized she gets to pick out a REAL hamster!
Jadyn was pretty timid and he bit her while she was trying to put him in his new home.
Dad came to the rescue and got him in his cage :)
Stop eyeing my birthday dessert and get your own!

American Girl Cafe
Sunday, December 29th Grama Jean and Papa took Jadyn, Olivia and Alexa to the American Girl Store at The Grove for shopping and lunch.

Happy New Year!
2019 was a great year, cant wait to see what 2020 has in store!
Erik and I both worked New Year's Eve but we made it over to the Leclair's with the Morshead's and Turner's before calling it an early night. Erik had to work New Year's Day so we were all in bed by 10:30pm. At least Shield is feeding him well with all the extra hours he's been working! They've catered in breakfast, lunch and/or dinner several times!

Torey's 2019 Run/Walk Totals (Erik did a lot of these too!)
Walked: 1402.5 miles
Ran: 674 miles
Total: 2079.5 miles
