Back to reality...
I came back to a very tall stack of files/new appointments at work.
Erik's new job is going really well. He "passed" his 90 day review and really likes it but it definitely keeps him busy.

Happy Valentine's Day!
We took the kids for their first Thrifty's Ice Cream counter experience at Rite-Aid. They both got cookie dough and cookies n cream. Jadyn was all ice creamed out by the time she got to the cone and Ethan asking for seconds :) I had chocolate malted krunch just like when I was a kid and Erik stayed true to plain chocolate.

Ethans tennis season started this month, he's the captain of the JV team this year. They played their first preseason match at Moorpark and won!

I finally got around to having my eyes "retouched" via PRK surgery on Thursday, February 27th. I was really hoping it wouldn't be as painful as it was 7 years ago... I had a few rough days but overall it was better. Now I just wait and "see" how things improve for the next 3-6 months :)
