Floors are done!
It took over 3 weeks but the floors are in and the house is mostly put back together!
Let the festivities begin!
Saturday, December 12th Leah and I spent the day at the Camarillo Outlets in lieu of our annual "Yap Weekend". The Leclair's joined us for "Framily (Friends/Family) Christmas Dinner", Erik's smoked ribs, Leah's potato salad, corn on the cob and Lillian's amazing brownies!
Definitely need to keep this tradition minus the COVID!
Unfortunately the Leclair's came down with COVID later that week:( They were feeling much better by Christmas but it was rough. Luckily we tested negative.
Family COVID testing at Kaiser. All NEGATIVE :)
Christmas Shenanigans
We had to skip the Lande and Grama Jean/Papa Christmas Parties this year but there was still plenty of Christmas fun and lots to be thankful for.

Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve was busy! We walked to California Bakery & Cafe to pick up our evening dessert before heading to Grama Jean and Papa's for Christmas Eve Brunch with Brian, Oliva and Alexa.
Millions of Funko's!
Stuffed after Grama Jean's amazing brunch and watching the girls open gifts we headed home to start Christmas Eve dinner. Erik smoked an amazing tri-tip and even though there was no candlelight service at Church in North Hollywood we had donuts for dessert.
We played the Question Game after dinner
More Funko's!
Christmas Day!
Gifts from Jadyn :)
Christmas Day at Honey and Bubba's.
The kids played (great to hear them laugh together) while the adults chatted.
Jean and Carl joined us for dinner. So thankful to spend Christmas with family.
Pretend to be normal for just a second :)
E likes our new blankie from Honey and Bubba. Ethan's ready for Airsoft or COVID :)
Magic Mountain Christmas Lights
Our Christmas gift from Jare and Meaghan was passes to Holiday in the Park complete with popcorn and funnel cakes!
I drove the "Girls Car". Honey was the "park employee greeter" and may have a part time job lined up. Jare drove the "Boys Car" or should I say the boys car drove him, CrAzY!
Happy 13th Birthday Miss Jadyn!5' 4.5" tall and 92 lbs (FAT & SASSY! Her words, not mine!)
December 27th Jadyn officially became a teenager! She's wise beyond her years and wants to be 3 years old at heart. We love her silly, smart, witty, easy going and yet somehow responsible personality.
She's doing great in school (straight A's this semester!), loves to organize her room and is a huge help around the house. The kids both help with dinner, dishes, laundry, yardwork and vacuuming.
Ethan and I made breakfast and we enjoyed a low key day at home with chicken tortilla for dinner and Kit Kat ice cream for dessert!
Chocolate chip pancakes, cheesy eggs and hot chocolate
We rang in the New Year for party number two at Honey and Bubba's. We played Apples to Apples had Ziti with meat sauce and a 4 layer cookie/ice cream cake!
We made it to midnight!
Tune in next month for party three and four!
