It was a lovely, low-key 4th...

We've been talking about it for years but finally decided to sell the condo. It was our first home together, the place we brought both the kids home from the hospital to (Jadyn for a day) and a rental for 14 years but it was time to say good-bye. It sold the first weekend for asking price, not without a few last minute bumps to remind us we don't want to be landlords forever!
Ethan got his driver's license!
Monday, July 19th Ethan passed his driver test and officially has his license! He took his first "solo drive" to each of the grandparents houses to pick up bathing suits and retrieve a USB he forgot :)
Monday, July 26th we used the free passes we got at Kaiser for getting our vaccine. Couldn't have asked for better summer weather, 86 was the high! Caught a few rides and were done by 2pm! We're just not big roller coaster fans, I think Disneyland is more our speed.
