Just when you thought Color Guard couldn't get any better, there's WINTER GUARD! 

Saturday, February 4th: Moorpark Showcase: First chance to perform their show (Amazonia Nocturna) before the West Covina Evaluation Show next weekend!

Saturday, February 11th: West Covina Evaluation/Classification Show: 1st place in their group on 9 schools and they were moved up to Scholastic AAA!

Tuesday, February 14th we had a lovely Valentine's dinner at Grama Jean and Papa's.

Let's Run, in Austin Texas!

Saturday, February 18th we left for Texas to run/walk the Austin Half Marathon! 

We also got to surprise my dad and Kathy, we brought the kids! :)

6:45am for a 7am start at dusk

We made it! 2 hours 26 minutes 12 seconds

Not bad since Erik was sick the week before and missed our last 2 training runs

The kids knocked on the door a few minutes after they arrived.

It was so busy we decided to pickup it up an hour later and eat at the hotel!
