Happy Mother's Day!

The week leading up to Mother's Day was less than fantastic but, things got better! Monday Jadyn came down with a cold (which means very little sleep for her and I both), the refrigerator broke for the 3rd time in 2 months, Wednesday I got a migraine, Thursday I caught Jadyn's cold, and Friday Erik caught the cold!

On Mother's Day we walked across the street to get donuts and Starbucks. Later we went to lunch at Wood Ranch with Erik's family and relaxed for the rest of the day.

Thanks to Erik I did get a great Mother's Day gift. He took Tuesday off work to watch the kids and arranged a manicure and pedispa at L' Esprit Day Spa. My friend Leah and I enjoyed our spa day and lunch after. I even got a little bit of shopping in before I came home! Lovely day! THANKS E!

Oh, and the refrigerator is FINALLY working again too!

Erik's 33rd Birthday!

Friday the 21st we went to Duke's in Malibu with our friends Patrick and Leah. All I can say is Erik after 3 Long Island's mixed with great friends is always a good time!

Saturday Ethan had a t-ball game and then we headed to Stonefire Grill with the whole family for lunch. The kids spent the night with the grandparents Friday and Saturday so we got to take nap on Saturday (I think that was Erik's favorite part of the weekend). Sunday morning we walked to breakfast.

Grandma Honey's New Car!

She didn't want me to put this up but... I don't care, it's exciting! My mom has needed and wanted a new car for a while now and they FINALLY bought one! Congrats mom! Not too shabby!
