Pictures

A few months ago I made an appointment to have pictures of Jare, Meaghan and the boys taken. It was Meaghan's 30th birthday gift but, the pictures I had seen Carrie take looked so great I made us an appointment too! She did an INCREDIBLE job! I really did try to narrow it down for the blog... 

Ethan's First Soccer Game

Very funny to watch! He's a little timid with all the kids running around and needs to get in there and kick the ball more but, he did great for his first game. He had 2 more later in the month... He's doing better. I asked him what he likes about soccer, he said "I like to run." What do you not like? "the strangers" (meaning the other team!)

Ethan's 6th Birthday!!!

Ethan had a great and very busy birthday. His first soccer game at 8am, a swim party at Grama Jean and Papa's, the batting cages, Burger King and a his first friend sleepover with his buddy Ethan L! Somewhere in there we ate dinner, played Lego's and video games too. My favorite Ethan quote of the day: "Dad, Sunny Delight is kinda spicy but, I can handle it."
I think all the chocolate and craziness was a bit much for Ethan L. He threw up a few time all over the sofa and rug in the family room the next morning. Pour guy :(

NASCAR

Our friend Bart manages the America's Tire Co. in Valencia and he gets the car they sponsor at his store once a year. We went over to check it out, sit in it and Erik even got to start it up. LOUD!!! I REALLY wanted to post the video of Bart's burnout but, I figured I better not since he's not supposed to drive it!

Hockey

Erik's hockey season started. They won their first 2 games! And for those of you who don't know the name of Erik's team, yes you are reading his jersey right (Fighting Cocks) or as we tell the kids, the Fighting Chickens! These might be the only pictures I get all season since all the games are at 9 and 10pm!
