Happy Valentine's Day
The whole family was sporting their red shirts for Valentine's Day. I wish we got a picture!
Erik suprised me with a gift card to The Ivy Day Spa and had roses sent to work. (Wish I had taken a  picture of those too!) We ordered heart shaped pizza from Papa John's (I won't do that again). It was over 45 minutes late and luke warm...

Towsley Canyon
Sunday the 19th we decided to hike Towsley Canyon with the kids. Ethan hiked the whole 5.5 miles and Jadyn made it with about a 1/2 mile piggy back ride! Not bad for 7 and 4 years old! It's quite a trek, especially after my 3.2 mile run that morning...

WE CAN SEE! (Well almost...)

Erik and I decided to get tested for Lasik eye surgery this month. Some of you know I was tested about 10 years ago and I wasn't a candidate. It turns out it was a good thing since my eyes got substantial worse after having kids. With all the changes in technology I can have it done now and Erik can too. It's something we have had on "our list" for a long time. We found a great local doctor, a great price and good financing so we decided to go for it! We both go in on March 14th. Erik is having Lasik and I am having PRK (similar procedure just a little more painful to recover from). We are so excited!!! I can't imagine not having to wear glasses or contacts. Erik and I started wearing glasses when we were 9!
