February 13'

Happy Valentine's Day
As with most holiday's in our house, Valentine's Day lasted 3 days! On the 13th we had Stonefire Grill with Erik's parents and the kids each got a bag of Valentine's Day goodies. On the 14th the kids handed out Valentine's at school (Jadyn's were Tinkerbell and Ethan had Spiderman), got toys from the Disney Store with Grama Honey and spent the night with Grama Honey and Bubba. On the 15th the kids went to Moorpark to visit Tanner and Logan. It's all Ethan could talk about for a week!
All of this stuff for the kids meant Erik and I got to pick up Olive Garden after work, come home, relax and have a nice quiet Valentine's Day. E has been wanting a small fish tank since we got back from Hawaii so he got a 15 gallon fish tank for Valentine's Day and he surprised me with 2 boxes of the Big Island brownies!

Kids
Ethan finished his bowling class this month. We never got to see him bowl since it was right after school on Friday's but, he really liked it so, I'm sure we'll be heading to the bowling alley soon! He's also taking tennis lessons again since he opted not to play baseball this year. I was kind of bummed about him not playing baseball but, we figure he'll pick what he likes :)
Jadyn wants to do nothing but, dance! 
Does every sentence in your house start with "Let's pretend"? When we are home with the kids that is exactly how EVERY sentence starts... Days at home are a never ending string of costume changes and moving of giant U-Haul boxes that they got for Christmas. Ethan rotates from Spiderman, Ninja, Indiana Jones and Super Mario, while Jadyn has princess dresses for Belle, Rapunzel, Ariel, and Cinderella. The conversations between the two of them are so funny.
