We're Moving!
It's been an exciting month. As many of you know I'm am addicted to Zipreality.com and always looking for "our next house", even though it's not in the plans for another year or more! After much thought and years of research and planning, we decided to start really looking. We found a few things we liked but, quickly ran into a problem we didn't know we had... Unless our rental income shows up on our income taxes we have to qualify for our current and new mortgage! We decided to put our house up for rent and move into an apartment so we can qualify and hopefully save some more money in the process.
We had the house up for rent for 5 1/2 days and we have a renter! They move in the end of April so, we will be packing and getting ready to move into a 2 bedroom apartment in Stevenson Ranch next month! The kids are excited to share a room (glad they like each other so much) and be some place new. I'm not looking forward to the moving part but, we're very excited about what the next year is going to bring.

Happy Birthday Bubba!
It was Bubba's 60th Birthday but, you wouldn't know it with all the kids running around. They thought the day was for them! When I asked Ethan what we should get Bubba for his birthday Ethan said "Well, I like to beat him up"
Me: "So you're going to beat him up for his birthday?!"

Happy Easter!

After the 30 second Easter Egg Hunt (the kids have outgrown our yard), breakfast (Coco Puffs) and a bike ride we headed to Grama Jean and Papa's house. The kids are always super excited to do their picture scavenger hunt for their Easter gift.
