Universal Studios Hollywood
Monday, February 13th we finally used the Universal Studios season passes we bought for Christmas. The weather was perfect, the lines were short, and the food was good! Couldn't ask for a better day!

Happy Valentine's Day
The kids started the day with pink, heart-shaped pancakes and cheesy eggs (their favorite). Jadyn got lots of Valentine's and candy in her exchange at school. The kids made Valentine's for all the grand parents so Erik and I decided we should draw their Valentine's cards to go along with their stuffed owls :)
Erik and I got a date night a few days later thanks to Grama Jean and Papa letting the kids spend the night. We tried Hot Wings Cafe for the first time (it was ok) and went to see 50 Shades Darker. The movie was pretty good but we both like the books better.

Father-Daughter Dance
Erik and Jadyn attended the father-daughter ho-down themed dance for school. Jadyn mostly ran around with her friend Grace but Erik did manage to get dinner, a few selfies and a dance or two out of her. :)
Ethan and I took the opportunity to have Friday night dinner with Grama Jean, Papa and Uncle Kurt before going to BJ's to share Ethan's first pizookie!
