3 Day Blinds Training
The day before the kids started school I started online training for 3 Day Blinds. It was overwhelming getting 10+ boxes with my samples, laptop, phone and cleaning supplies, but the trainers have been great! I've shadowed a few appointments and installs so I'm slowly getting the hang of it. My biggest hurdle is learning all the product details!
First Day of School
Ethan started his junior year at Saugus and Jadyn her 7th grade year at Arroyo Seco Junior High. Of course their at home rather than at school thanks to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Even Ethan, who never wants to leave his computer, is ready to go back to school in person.
In the morning we all (except Erik who goes into work) go about walking/running, breakfast and getting dressed then head to our separate rooms and laptops until the afternoon. Ethan is up in the loft, Jadyn in the office/dining room and me in the front office. I used to think this house was way to big for us but now I don't know what we would do without all the extra space!
Ethan's First Driver's Training Lesson
The instructor said he did great and might get to try freeways next month, yikes!
Happy 75th Birthday Papa!
Sunday, August 23rd we celebrated Papa's 75th Birthday. Swimming, barbecue, applesauce cake and root-beer floats!
Shenanigans
The fridge started to go on the fritz so we had to empty and defrost it. Jadyn just wanted to climb in the cooler, she liked it in there and wanted a blanket :)
