Back to School!

What summer?! 

Miss Jadyn's first day included 7am band/guard practice, classes and a second guard practice from 4-7pm. 12 + hours!

Finished her driver's training lessons!

Sir Ethan was supposed to start Monday, August 21st but school was canceled due to "possible rain" from hurricane Hillary that was downgraded to a tropical storm and turned out to be 80 degrees with NO rain! 

Ethan's a sophomore at COC, taking mostly general education classes until he figures out what he wants to be when he grows up. He's officially been at Wendy's for a year and the new car fund is coming along nicely :)

Summer Grove is re-rented!

There was a lot to do this time around! Patching, painting, new carpet, new grass, plenty of "handyman" jobs and lots of cleaning! It took an army of contractors and family but we made it! 

We're excited about the new family who moved in, they are expecting their 2nd boy!

Maybe we'll be the next tenants in 5-10 years!

Happy Birthday Papa!

Saturday, August 19th we celebrated Papa's birthday. Vincenzo's and applesauce cake!

Bad way to meet your nice neighbors...

Last month I met our neighbor when we tapped bummers backing out of our respective driveways. Damage was minor but the new bumper came in damaged so it took 10 days instead of 3 to fix. Between trying to get the "clicking" noise fixed, maintenance and this I'm in a rental or loaner every other week! 

Can't believe this was over $1600 in damage
