Ethan
Ethan got a "Student of the Month" award at school! The look on his face when he saw us after getting his award was priceless. He sat next to his "friend" Victoria (the one he wants to marry) the whole presentation. She got awards for art and P.E, he knows how to pick um', smart and cute!
Ethan also finally lost his first tooth! We were all sitting at the breakfast table when it popped out. "My tooth just came out!" He was so excited he had to call the grandparents. I was getting a little worried that he might hang on to it forever!

Jadyn
Little Miss Jadyn got her ears pierced! Her buddy Reese had hers done about a week before and since then she noticed all the princesses had theirs pierced too. She asked everyday for almost a week so, I told her that we would go check it out... She was such a champ! Not a single peep! She sat in the chair by herself, didn't move and acted like it was no big deal with about 10 people watching! Little pink "diamonds" for our little pink princess!
Erik
Erik's hockey team won their division and the championship this season! They took it down to the wire but, got the game winning goal with a minute left on the clock in the final game. Erik also took home the Top Goalie Award!
Torey
I get my own section this month!
About a month ago Erik and I decided that it was time for me to go back to work (full-time). Although I'm scheduled to teach a class in April, I haven't had a class in over a year so things have been tight. (Although Erik's recent raise really helped out!) Aside from that I'm just really ready to work again! I love being home with the kids but, I'm just not the"stay-at-home mom" type. Anyway, I started looking and was excited/surprised when I saw a posting for a Design Consultant with KB Home. There aren't many design jobs out there right now, especially not ones with home builders. Long story short, after an assessment test, a phone interview and 2 face-to-face interviews, I got the job! I'm really excited but, a little anxious about all the changes for our family. Anyway, that's my news for the month!
